8 years ago, the Chairman Mr Xu came up with the idea of establishing an MLM department as his own way to give back to the society and support upcoming Entrepreneurs to build up required capital. So the MLM plartform in which we okay in was birthed. The concept behind it is to use word of mouth to get these products out to the end users and in the process share out 80% of  the profit made from the sales with the partners that made that happen at every level. The rest 20 % goes to Charity.

Now Longrich said you should come onboard and buy products of your choice at any entry level of your choice. Pick up your products, use or sell whichever works for you. Then tell other people around you, around your social network, around the world to also buy at various levels and we share profit with you and your entire team that made that happen.

Let me break it down to basic. I come onboard and introduce three people the first month to also buy products. I earn a commission based on the volume  what they bought. And it does not end there Then these three people also introduce three people to buy these products from which ever city or county they are, now I earn an even bigger commission while this people under me also earn. At this point I now have 13 people under my network even though I introduced only three . Imagine in a year, you manage to build a network of 3000 people directly and indirectly in your team. Let's assume in a particular month each one of them buys just a single toothpaste for family use, not to mention the new people that will join,   it means you've earned over 3000 points which will earn you 6 figures that month alone Now imagine, those that have 20,000 to 100,000 team members what their income will be like.

Longrich is just trying to be the household name for cosmetics and household care  in the world and they're getting there because they chose the most effective and cheapest form of advertising "Word of mouth".
